Covid Crunch:
Strategies in dealing with real estate issues during the pandemic.
Covid-19 has caused ripple effects throughout almost every industry. Real estate investors, rental property owners, and property managers have been particularly hard hit. High unemployment and eviction moratoriums have caused a domino effect in which real estate investors, rental property owners, and property managers are receiving less income or value from their properties creating a cash crunch on their own debt servicing obligations and must come up with creative ways to solve formerly straight-forward problems. This presentation is aimed at defining the problems Covid-19 is causing real estate investors, rental property owners, and property managers and discussing different ways of dealing with these issues.
