| Federal law
requires landlords to provide a Lead-Based Paint Disclosure Form
for most residential rental properties built before 1978.
The only exception is for apartments
without bedrooms (studio or efficiency).
In addition to the Disclosure, you
must also provide a booklet entitled Protect Your Family From Lead
In Your Home.
Both the Disclosure and Booklet are
