Newsletter Advertising
The LCPIA newsletter is printed twelve times a year and is mailed to over 250
members/associates. We count on sponsors to make the newsletter possible.

All advertising is subject to LCPIA board approval, and
must be camera ready. Yearly ads include one-year business membership. We
must receive your ad and payment by the 8th of this month to be included in next
month's issue.
The yearly ad rate is for an unchanged ad,
though one update will be accepted throughout the year. If your ad will be
constantly changing the monthly rate is for you.

We recommend submitting artwork as a 150 dpi digital (.gif, .jpg, or .eps) file or Word 2003 document. Any other format will be
converted and may lose quality in translation. Digital files may be e-mailed to artwork@melmetts.com. Please type "LCPIA Advertising" in the e-mail’s
subject line. Printed camera-ready artwork may be included and mailed with payment (do not clip, staple or fold artwork).

*Yearly newsletter advertisers are also profiled on the
Vendors
page of this website at no additional charge. Ads are put online
around the time of newsletter publication which is the 16th.
